Consultation, Estimate, Site Visit
When you're ready to design your dream space, you can schedule a paid initial pre design consultation where we will discuss project goals and design aspirations. Following our initial consultation, we will be able to develop a contract outlining the scope of work and estimate. Once approved, we will conduct site specific research and visits if applicable.

Designing & Documenting
Slavik Ralph works closely along side you as the client to design and develop documentation for your ideal space where we'll gather inspiration, conduct internal design sessions, and present a schematic design option for further development. After approving schematic plans, our dedicated team will move onto developing comprehensive pricing and construction documents, and if needed, can assist you in approaching contractors and consultants.

Details & Construction
Using the formal building plans, we will continue to work closely along side you, the contractor, and the consultants to ensure the completion of any remaining details. During our consistent communication with contractors and consultants, we'll be providing all the essential information and technical documentation required for permitting and construction purposes. Rest assured, we will be with you every step of the way to ensure a successful completion of the project, allowing you to settle into your dream home.

Consultation & Style Discovery
We will arrange a complimentary phone consultation to determine compatibility and discuss project objectives, timeline, and fees, where we will then be able to develop a formal proposal outlining scope of work and estimate. Once approved, we will work closely alongside you to review your wish list, examine conceptual ideas, and assess inspiration photos in order to gain insight into your unique style and preferences.

Project Planning & Design
Now comes the fun part! We will begin the schematic design process by presenting you with plans and proposed general material applications, establishing general cost allocations, and collaborating with contractors for their estimated expenses. Once the material location, plans, and interior elevations are approved, we enter a collaborative phase with you, consultants and vendors to begin curating a mood board that will inform decisions when selecting the final materials.

Design Development & Execution
Once all selections are approved, we will finalize the plans that the contractor will reference during construction. Simultaneously, we will initiate the procurement process, ensuring a seamless workflow.
While this marks the point where we delegate much of the work to the contractor, rest assured that we will remain readily available throughout the entire process to offer solutions to challenges that may arise during this phase. Upon construction completion, we will conduct a final walk-through and assist with assembly and staging, prior to proudly welcoming you to your newly transformed and curated space.
